Nope, no affiliate link here. I must warn you that this program isn't perfect, but it IS useful when you have 300 pages sitting in front of you.

In the past, I've used tools like Copernics Summerizer (http://www.copernic.com/en/products/summarizer/index.html)

The jury is still out on this one. Not sure which one will become my favorite.
