The quickest way to more money is through testing
Let's say that you are in a very small market and can drive only 100 unique visitors per day to your sales page at best.
Let's say you earn an average of $100 per sale and have a conversion rate of 1%.
With this scenerio, we earn an average of $100 per day (sure, there are advertising expenses, merchant fees, etc… but for this example, let's keep it simple).
Now, we can't drive more traffic… we've capped the market.
So how do we make more money?
Simple, improve your conversion rate.
If we increase our conversion rate in this example to say… 2%… we just DOUBLED our money.
So HOW do we do this?
It's simple.
Use a multivariate tracking system and test multiple parts of your sales process at the same time. I don't really care which one you use… but in the beginning though, I suggest using something easy to work with.
