As quickly as it started, it must end. I'm more than impressed with so many of you that took me up on this offer. Seriously, I had no idea I would receive as many questions as I did, but because of that, I found myself spending far more than one hour per day answering questions, which has led to delayed projects.

I'm a stickler for timelines and most commitments have been delayed.

As of now, I will complete the questions still sitting in my inbox and offer an alternate solution to those that want it very soon.
