Send me your questions
It's been a couple of weeks since a good Q&A was done.
If you have questions about traffic, marketing, or business in general, post them in the comments section here. I will pull 2 or 3 of them and answer them over the next few days.

As a begining marketer, the biggest issue is the information overload. So many tactics and pitches about every possible way of generating traffic.
Taking into account the 80/20 principle. what do you feel are the best sources of traffic that one should incorporate to gain momentum in their online efforts. Once that initial momentum is gained.. we can then focus on other methods… but what are those top three that you would try and learn and master to get your feet off the ground.
When entering new markets, what is the step-by-step checklist(if you have one) that you go through in order to develop a landing page that converts well? I know you're a fan of multi-variate testing, but how do you develop the starting point from which to test?
What formula do you use to quickly write 10+ autoresponder followup emails?
It creates a huge "writer's block" for me…
Hello Woody,
Do you believe someone with no experience in a certain niche can "jump in" and launch a high priced product, of several hundreds dollars, with success? Any particular advice or insight?
Thanks for probably supplying the best content online.
Dan
Hi Woody,
I need to outsource having the SEO on my site improved. Will you tell me who would be the best to get.
I appreciate your help.
Bette
Hi Woody,
How did you get your blog to a PR3 already? Could you help us do that?
Michael
While taking action on April's strategy, I have run into trademark issues with Google and Yahoo. It's rather difficult to promote a product when they don't allow the use of trademarks in your ads. My questions are, how do you overcome this obstacle, and how do you get Google to grant an exception? There are dozens of similar products being promoted, all of them using the same trademarked phrase in their ad, so there has to be a way.
A follow-up to my previous post, the product I am promoting is a software product that works directly with the trademarked item in question, making it totally relevant to the ad. It's not like I'm putting microsoft in my ad to promote Linux products, or bicycles, lol.
Can you maybe talk to us about some of the methods you use to get a website into the search engines for a top spot??
I'm not talking about PPC, I'm talking about SEO.
What is your view on this whole new Latent Semantic Indexing thingy??
Regards,
Hi Woody
Assuming I know the basics of PPC, SEO and setting up a site, and with a fresh credit card in hand and ready to invest in the business….
What is the fastest and most effective way of making $200 dollars a day within 30 to 60 days, working on this business for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.
P.S. I don't care what business model and have no problems with the any particular industry or any specific marketing method.
Thanks
Ed
Just like Kevin said above, I have also run into trademark issues with Google and am encountering difficulty in promoting a product when they don't allow the use of trademarks in the ads. Even though there's a lot of others advertising the exact same product with the same wording in their Adwords ads.
I thought I had received approval when I asked for an exemption and mentioned in my request that "I noticed it was a highly competitive area with lots of adwords advertisers."
My campaign seemed to be poised to run as the warning messages were removed, but after several days, there's been no impressions.
Is a phone call to Google the way to do it? Or have you found some other way to persuade Google, in order to advertise just like everyone else is doing for that product/keyword combination?
I am developing online niche stores.
The goals is to develop websites on a niche loaded with products on that particular niche from various vendors.
An example might be a niche store on PATIO AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE.
What are the best ways to get traffic for maximum ROI?
How do you it with the least cost and work?
