I would love you to address banner network advertising in your newsletter. Specifically, how much is a good price to pay CPM or better yet, if any of the networks allow a CPC model.

And also category targetting, etc.

As far as a name for your newsletter, i think its really not important. The quality of the content will sell itself, but if i have to throw in a vote, how about:

Question: What is the most efficient and effective way or strategy to build a affiliate/adsense empire (ie. making at least $300 daily) with an outsourcing budget of around $4k and around 35 hours a week of your own time — in a niche you're not familiar with?

By adsense, I mean any 'free' cost-per-action model.

For the newsletter, instead of random bits and nuggets of information, you will get a much better response/retention if you focus the newsletter on a single topic (covering it from end-to-end).

Seminars/workshops with one or two topics covered completely and in-depth are infinitely better than a workshop with 50 topics briefly summarized.

For the first newsletter, cover a topic in depth how someone with say less than $500 and 10 hours/week can start generating money. Show specific details.

Cover how one setups a CPA campaign. What websites to visit, whom to talk to, etc.

Now THAT would be a newsletter to garner attention!!!
