I want to cancel immediately

RANT -

Why do people email support moments after purchasing a product and say, 'I want to cancel this subscription immediately!'

And then they are offended when my support staff mimics their language back to them and says, 'Sir, we've immediately cancelled your subscription. We hope the rush we've placed on this was quick enough for you. If the door hits you on the way out, it's simply because this was done as fast as possible."

Maybe because they hate forced continuity programs? Or are you talking about people asking for a refund a few minutes after they buy a digital product?
