How do I make 2-3k per month?
I do currently make a bit of money online, mainly Adsense (about $200/month).Of course I want much more. I have a day job, so I can dedicate about 1-2 hours a day for Internet Marketing, at this point. Can you recommend a focused plan that will enable me to make 2K-3K a month within, say, 2-3 months?
There are thousands of ways to accomplish this, but I will give one very simple way to do this.
Find a membership site with a good affiliate program and promote it with Google Adwords.
I told you it was simple.
Now let's talk details…
Where will you find such programs?
You can browse the database at Associate Programs.
Next, do some keyword research… I suggest SpyFu and Themezoom.
After that, develop you Adwords ad groups with Speed PPC.
Upload your campaign to Adwords with the Adwords Editor.
Monitor your cost vs. sales.
You can take it a step further and track each keyword using something like Click Flipping.
I think this all comes back to keeping things simple.
Of course, the ultimate goal is to have your own product, but then again, the process to getting to 2-3k per month is still the same.

Hi Woody,
Nice article. Could you please clarify a bit how you use spy fu and themezoom (I use them but would like to know your process for keyword research). Then I would also be interested on knowing how you combine them with speed ppc.

You've listed a short but very effective way to make money in a short amount of time. Keep in mind that you need the tools first. Speedppc is not cheap, but provided you're a seasoned PPC marketer or at least know the basics, Speedppc will work very well for you and will pay itself off within a reasonable time. The key is to continuously monitor your Adwords account.
I've never heard of Themezoom before, but glad I just did now. Kind of tired of hearing about Keyword Elite as the grand pubah of keywords…We need a new kid on the block.
Let's get down to brass tacks here. What kind of adwords spend are you talking about?
What is a good return for your money?
SpeedPPC can run into a big adwords bill in a hurry—at least that what the ad said or you said.
Also where is the explanantion of all the info on Spyfu?

Spyfu shows you only a sneak preview of what your competitors are using on Adwords.
You can search Spyfu for terms/keywords or competitor websites.
To see the whole list of keywords you need to sign up for a paid plan with them.
Anyway, it's a great tool that can be used for inspiration.
There are a few more sites like Spyfu but to me Spyfu is the fastest.
