Do you have a marketing virus?

Many marketers in the infomarketing industry only look to other infomarketers to discover and develop their own sales process.

This is only natural and there's nothing wrong with that. But by doing this, a LOT of money is being left on the table.

Now I want to expand your thinking just a little bit.

What industries are hypercompetitive and where the best marketing wins hands-down?

How about…

Porn

Gaming (both casino and interactive)

Music

Just to name three…

Next time you want to run a new campaign, WATCH what others have done in those markets and follow their leads.

For example, Nine Inch Nails (the alternative rock group) recently pulled off one of most viral campaigns the music industry has ever seen. I don't recall who sent me this link (if I did, I would give credit where credit is due), but I want you to read this…

The gaming and porn industries have similar examples if you just look.

Enjoy,

Woody

The NIN campaign is genius and it worked out almost too perfectly. But this must have unraveled the way it did because they have such a huge fan base.

Hey, if anyone has any other examples of viral marketing in these industries, please share them here.

I will do more than show examples, I will show a real campaign in action.

I'm formulating the plan with a small mastermind group right now.

In addition to becoming excited about the offer, I want people to become excited about the PROCESS.

Stay tuned, we are just a few weeks away…

Great post Woody,

I love following successful viral campaigns and that was a great one. I believe any market can create a viral element and that is the true power of the internet.

Daehee,

Here's a viral marketing idea that's being called
"The Greatest Viral Marketing Idea Of All Time"!

If ya go to http://www.TheUltimateSuperTips.com and check
out Harvey Segals FREE ebook, I think you'll agree
that he has put together a viral marketing program
that I think anyone can adopt to their specific needs.

Just be creative put together your own products and ebook,
give it away and collect the profits. Heck he even offers
rebranding for his product if ya don't have your own.

But as I mentioned earlier with just a bit more effort
you can adopt his Technique and put together your own program.

Good Luck!

TL

PS. Woody, hope you had a GREAT Birthday!

PSS. Woody I'm not sure if I should have posted
this tip in this way or ran it past you first.
If I was wrong, just let me know because I was not
out to step on any toes, just pass along a good tip.
